    Greetings,

    ​​Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Public Transport Authority No. (7091/42/1) and the date (10/8/1442)​ Concerning the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Health No. (1439833-1442) dated (2/8/1442), which included that due to the expansion of the possibilities of giving vaccines to members of society in the Kingdom and in the interest of protecting the public health of the community, and to avoid the emergence of any outbreaks of the virus related to any of the activities that do not achieve Social distancing,It may be a source of such outbreaks, and in an effort to return to normal life, the committee concerned with taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) in the Kingdom, which held its one hundred seventieth meeting on (1/8/1442), may It ended with the requirement to vaccinate all workers in public transport means, trains and bus drivers, starting from Shawwal 1, 1442, or the presence of a negative (PCR) test result for the virus every (7) days at the facility's expense for those working in these activities who are not immunized.

    Therefore, the Public Transport Authority hopes that the facilities licensed to carry out the public transport activities referred to above are to act accordingly, in the implementation of the precautionary measures adopted to confront the Coronavirus pandemic.​
